Skerlong Family – Outdoor Family Session

Spring in Texas has vibrant colors and gorgeous sunlight – all before it gets so sweltering hot we just want to sit inside instead of melting the moment we step outdoors.

When I first met the Skirling family, it was for Maternity photos and their oldest daughter was so friendly and loved talking to me.
Then it was Newborn photos with their new baby a few months later – and it’s crazy how fast the first year goes!
Baby girl is around 8-9 months old here – which is a great age for Family photos.

We went out to the Mineola Nature Preserve for their family photos, and it was the perfect background.
